At spacemallshop, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
spacemallshop cannot be held responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other external factors that may affect the shipping carrier’s operations.
Product Availability
If any item in your order is not immediately available, it may be placed on a priority waiting list and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Customers will be notified of any changes regarding product availability or shipping updates.
Order Review
We recommend that you carefully review your order details on the order review page before submitting your purchase. After placing an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email containing your order information. Please check this email to ensure that all details are correct.
Upon delivery, please verify that the number of packages received matches the quantity stated in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Address Policy
Currently, we can ship to one address per order only. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping location.
For security and delivery reliability reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, or temporary addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, most spacemallshop orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier may leave a notice or attempt delivery again depending on the carrier's policy.
If a package cannot be successfully delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to the sender.
Order Tracking
Throughout the order process, spacemallshop will send several email updates to keep you informed about the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches its destination.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated shipping dates provided on product pages, during checkout, or in your confirmation email are intended as guidelines only. In some cases, items may arrive earlier or later than expected.
